Terms and Conditions for the Executive Fly-In Offer

 Offer good for flight distances greater than 100 miles from Tahoe (RNO).
Those within100 miles or choose to drive will be given travel reimbursement.

Note: All Executive Program Headquarters Service fees are due prior to bookings and all accommodations, bookings, flights, etc. are not changeable and are completely non-refundable. Should changes be available at Client's request, all fees associated with changes shall be the sole responsibility of the Client and paid in advance before changes are made. The payment plan program is not available with this offer as it includes substantial discounts from the standard fees.

U.S. Round-Trip Flight

Corporate Nevada (CN) will fly one person (Client) round-trip from a major US airport to Reno/Tahoe International Airport on an airline and schedule of CN's choosing. CN is not responsible for any missed flight or additional expenses incurred beyond the purchase price of the ticket. Tickets may not be refunded for use on flights to other destinations. CN cannot guarantee departure from Client's preferred airport. After purchase of the Executive Package, please speak with an Executive Consultant for scheduling meetings, available airports/flights and accommodations.

Reno to Tahoe Travel

Corporate Nevada (CN) will provide round-trip travel between Reno and the south shore of Lake Tahoe on the Casino Express Shuttle, with regular departures from the airport. Client may choose to rent a vehicle at Client's expense from a national vendor at the airport or on the south shore. Your office is located in Zephyr Cove at beautiful Lake Tahoe, approximately 40 miles or about 45 minutes from the Reno/Tahoe airport.

Casino/Hotel/Motel Accommodations

Corporate Nevada (CN) will provide two weekday non-holiday nights including all applicable taxes at a south shore property of CN's choosing based upon availability. CN will not cover incidental charges. The bookings are non-cancelable and Client is responsible for all meals and intra-Tahoe transportation.

Clients are encouraged to coordinate the visit around the formation of Client's new entity and invest time in assuring the coordination and completion of the process while here. While CN does not require the Client to further the development of the Headquarters Package with a Client visit, we highly encourage it and feel that the Client would not want to miss the opportunity to take advantage of the time, the geography and the legitimate business write offs for any client visitation expenditures.
