SPECIAL PROJECTS & HEADSTART INFORMATION:

Fees are based on internet requests. As a web based service business we must charge for personal face-to-face consultations at your Nevada office as this reduces the staff's multifunction ability.

The following Special Projects fees are averages. Most projects will be on a quote basis.

1. Review existing company not set up by Corporate Nevada for management acceptance $250.00. Review does not imply acceptance. Additional services and fees may be required.
2. Member/Stockholder Special Meeting Resolution $100.00 minimum (additions, restrictions, exceptions may apply).
3. Manager/Director Resolution $50.00 each (additions, restrictions, exceptions may apply).
4. Non-notarized Certificate of Authority $50.00 each.
5. Notarized Certificate of Authority $75.00 each.
6. Stock or Member Certificates $25.00 each. (Certificates are not required for legal ownership)
7. Replace lost/stolen Stock or Member Certificates $50.00 each plus notarized affidavit.
8. Replicate (60 days after formation) IRS SS-4 $50.00.
9. Replicate (60 days after formation) IRS 8832 $50.00.
10. Notarized Fictitious Business Names (dba) $50.00.
11. Real Estate deed preparation and assistance $75.00 (additions, restrictions, exceptions may apply).
12. Phone Consultation includes one hour per month without accrued rollover. More than one hour per month is $60.00 per hour billed in .25 hour increments.
13. Personal Consultation Meeting at Nevada Office $100.00 per hour per Consultant/Staff. One hour minimum paid in advance. (additions, restrictions, exceptions may apply).
14. Business Bookkeeping at about 1/2 the monthly cost of a CPA bookkeeper. $125.00 per month.
15. "Forensic" Bookkeeping is minimum of $50.00 per hour. Fees may vary per job intensity and number of past filings due.
16. Private Banking with payables service and maximum privacy (no SS#) $50.00 per month. Must be combined with bookkeeping.

HeadStart with a Clean Aged Shelf Company

Need a Company, Tax ID, Banking and Documents Yesterday ?

All "Clean" Aged Shelf Companies Include the “HEADQUARTERS” package and Expedited Service starting at $1,995.00 (Less than one year old). If an available Company is within 6 months of renewal the next year renewal will be required. If a name change is desired there will be a $225.00 charge for a resolution and fees for the State Of Nevada.

For a HeadStart fully operational Company there is typically a surcharge of $750.00 per aged year. Aged companies with Private Bank Accounts and existing Asset Management service are an additional $1,000.00 and require contracting for Asset Management. HeadStart Companies without existing Asset Management, including private banking, may have it set up within 1-2 business days.
