Virtual Office with Privacy: $995.00 (plus state fees and expedite)

( Not true Nexus and typically requires foriegn filing by tax law) This is typically Risky Business as most people interested in this plan should either be in the Full Service Nexus Headquarters plan or the Records and Agent Plan below. Virtual means "that which is not real, but may display the qualities of being real"; in other words a facade (fake). This is the typical Nevada incorporation promoters program that claim their address can be your address. However, it may not hold up if operational or residency nexus is challenged as there is no real provable base of operations or residency.

The "Virtual" plan is being offered (although not typically recommended) to be competitive with Nevada incorporation promoter's programs and bring attention to its flaws. However, it does include the Headquarters' services except the real office with lease, staffing agreement and operations in Nevada. It is an excellent value for what's included provided the owners understand and accept its shortcomings.  Our closet known competitor in price is $1,490.00 but has limited ongoing services. It is strongly recommended you speak with our consultants before ordering this plan.

The Records and Agent Services with privacy at $495.00 (plus filing fees below). This economical program is designed for companies located and persons residing in Nevada and for those companies that foreign register in another state (typically the owners state pursuant to multi-state regulations) as their base of operations.  This program will keep your Nevada judicial nexus records in compliance, keep non-Nevada residents in compliance with multi-state regulations, and protect your legal veil from being pierced as well as fulfill the Nevada statutory Registered Agent requirements. Our closet known competitor in price is $475.00 but did not include public record privacy.

Complimentary Free Initial Filing Service. State fees of $330.00 or $455.00 if expedited. This service is designed for those who are familiar with and willing to meet all the necessary federal, state, multi-state, county, essential records and nexus requirements. This service includes all primary and secondary state fees for the initial year; the initial filing ($75; expedited $200.00) with the state required certification ($30.00), the state required business registration ($100.00) and the state required initial list ($125.00). Several competitors' pricing was less but they were leaving out certain state requirements or quoting unsuitable product fees such as non profit. This complimentary service is being offered for your taking the time to get to know who we are and the excellent service we provide.  Corporate Nevada is the best for less and would appreciate the opportunity to prove it.
